Hi, I’m Cait!

I’m a New York State licensed occupational therapist, health educator, and public health practitioner. I’m passionate about helping families learn and grow together.

Is OT right for my child?

Does your child struggle with motor skills, handwriting, daily routines, self-regulation, or making and keeping friends?

OT can help.

Pediatric occupational therapy follows the child’s development and uses structured play to help children improve motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and social development.

OT can address:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  • Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD)

  • Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD)

  • Hypotonia (low tone)

  • Fine and visual motor delays

  • Handwriting difficulty

  • Cerebral palsy

  • Congenital abnormalities

  • Developmental delay

Ot helps Children:

  • Participate in school, home, and community

  • Learn adaptive behaviors for daily living and play

  • Improve fine motor skills

  • Improve coordination

  • Improve sensory processing

  • Improve attention and self-regulation

  • Develop visual motor integration
